At what time is the check-in possible?

Check-in at the hotel is from 2:30 pm till 10:45 pm . Check-out is until 11 am.

What time is the breakfast?

Our breakfast buffet is set in our dining-room from 7 until 9 am. 

Where can I print out necessary documents, make photocopies, send a fax, use the internet?

Printing, copying and faxing services are available at the reception desk. WiFi internet connection is available throughout the hotel. 

Can I bring my pet with to the hotel?

Unfortunately not.

Can I bring my small children with to the hotel?

If your children are younger that 5 years old and they do not require an extra bed, they are free of charge.  For little ones we offer a baby cot for free. Please, notify us about it if you need it.

Can I smoke in the room?

All rooms are non-smoking, but there is a terrace where you can smoke.

Where can I do my laundry?

There are many laundries nearby the hotel. The charge depends on each shop.

Where can I iron my dress?

There is an iron and an iron board available at the hotel. Ask about it at the reception.
